Natalie and I are sitting outside the cafe here at camp Guincho and I'm updating our applications on our I-pod touch. Coincidently I can access the Internet and update the blog. We went into Cascais today and did a bit of wandering. We met a Netherlander who instantly engaged us in a pro-Obama campaign. We ate lunch at pizza hut and then got more food at the grocery store. I know it all seems very trivial, but for us each task is twice the planning, twice the travel as it would be at home. Just to get groceries we have to plan a half day, figure out bus routes and schedule return trips. Tomorrow we are hoping the wind will die out. It has been blowing steadily for 2 days straight with no break. I hope this message finds you all well:)
cheers from Guincho Portugal
Natalie and Troy
